You join the La Mer Club automatically when you make your first purchase. To receive information, you must provide your email address. There is no cost to join.

The La Mer loyalty program is available to individuals who are legal residents of Spain (including its territories and possessions), who are at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address. Employees of The Estée Lauder Companies and individuals employed by our business partners or suppliers are eligible for membership for personal use only, but may be excluded from certain program benefits.

By becoming a member of Club La Mer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to the Program Terms and Conditions and the terms of our Privacy Policy, as well as any changes or modifications we may make. All changes or modifications will be posted on the website and will be effective as of the date of posting.

The higher the level, the greater the benefits.

As a member, you earn points that determine your rewards in addition to the levels and their benefits.

Benefits of points: In the different levels you will find rewards that are redeemable at any time once they have become effective. These awards are based on the number of points you have accumulated in a single year. You must redeem your gifts before your anniversary date, or they will expire. On your anniversary date, your points are reset to 0 and you begin to accumulate new points. You will be able to view the gift catalog both in the app and on the Club La Mer website. Points benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers (e.g. other discounts, free sample offers, free product offers, etc.).

Benefits by level: Certain benefits are based on the level achieved and you are eligible for these benefits as long as you are at that level regardless of the number of points you currently have.

From time to time, Program members will be offered early access to purchase select products before they go on sale to the general public. Members will receive email invitations when these offers become available if they have not opted out of Program emails. They will be available for a limited time and while supplies last.

To earn points, you must make purchases at La Mer en el Corte Inglés and have provided a valid email address.

Club members receive 1 point for every €1 spent.

Club La Mer members will not receive points or benefits from retail purchases made at airport stores or ecommerce, perfumeries or any other channel other than El Corte Inglés. Purchases made outside of Spain are also not valid for Club La Mer.

On each anniversary of your enrollment date, your accumulated points from the previous year will expire and your points will reset to zero.

When you redeem your points for products, the points available in your account will decrease according to the amount of points you have redeemed.

Points are valid for up to one year from the date of your anniversary in Club La Mer . On your anniversary date, your points are reset to zero and you can start accumulating new point benefits.

On your anniversary date, even if your points are reset to zero, your level status is determined by the number of points accumulated in the previous year.

The anniversary is the date you joined the Club La Mer loyalty program, and occurs on a 12-month cycle. For example, if you joined the Club on November 15, 2018, your anniversary date would be November 15, 2019, and every November 15 of each subsequent year.

Your anniversary date is displayed on the "My Points" page of your Club La Mer loyalty account.

In your first year in Club La Mer, your status is determined by the points you accumulate during that first year. After the first year from your anniversary date, your points are reset to zero and you can start earning points again. While your points reset after the first year, your initial level status for the year is determined by your points accumulated each previous year and you are eligible for those benefits regardless of the number of points you have.

You can check your account status by visiting your online account on the Club La Mer app or website, where you can track your current points, level and available benefits. All points are on hold until your order is shipped, at which time they expire completely.

It takes 30 days from the time of purchase. If the points have not been credited to your account within 30 days, please contact customer service at 911168457 in Spain or atencionalcliente@lamer.es.

If an order is found to be obtained through fraudulent activity or other activity that violates Club La Mer's Terms and Conditions, those points and your tier status, if applicable, will also be reversed.

Your Club La Mer offers and rewards can be redeemed both in the app and on the Club La Mer website. To redeem offers and rewards, you must have accumulated the minimum number of points set by us for a particular reward. Once the purchase is made, the advisor will contact you to come and pick up the gift during the next 15 days. The gift products will be sent to your usual point of sale for collection and you will be able to pick it up within the next 3 months after the purchase. Points are never redeemable for cash. You will find your products of choice in your personal account.

Offers and gifts are available while supplies last and substitutions of offers and rewards of similar value may occur.

Once you reach Level 2, Ocean, you are eligible for a booth. To book your appointment, please contact your local store and provide your name, email and contact phone number. Services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

No. Products received as a reward (e.g. free sale size products, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other products or points.

Yes, points expire on your anniversary date, when they are reset to zero. You must redeem your available points before your anniversary date, or your benefits and rewards will expire on your anniversary date each year.

No. The benefits of each level are valid as long as you are in a specific level. If you downgrade, your benefits change accordingly.

To keep your account active you must make a purchase within 24 months. Membership will expire if a member has not redeemed or made a purchase for a period of 24 months or more. Except where prohibited by applicable law, we may, in our sole but reasonable discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the Club La Mer program or any aspect or feature of this loyalty program at any time by updating the Program Terms and Conditions, even though such changes may affect the value of points and benefits already accrued or earned and/or the ability to redeem accrued points and benefits. If the Program is terminated, your rewards, benefits and/or points will automatically expire on the effective date of termination of the Program and will no longer be available for use after that date. We also reserve the right to exclude you or discontinue your participation in Club La Mer for valid reasons. Please refer to the Program Terms and Conditions.

You can terminate your Club La Mer membership at any time. Simply log in to your account to cancel your membership or contact customer service at 910 212 459 within Spain or via email at atencionalcliente@lamer.es.

La Mer, in its sole discretion, may terminate any member's membership for any reason, including, but not limited to, any breach of the Club La Mer Terms and Conditions and/or our website Terms and Conditions.

If your membership terminates or expires, the points and benefits in your account will automatically expire on the date your membership terminates or expires. Points and benefits cannot be transferred to another person.

If you decide that you no longer wish to join Club La Mer, you can unsubscribe in your account or by sending an email to Customer Service at atencionalcliente@lamer.es.

You can update your information by visiting your online account on the Club La Mer app or website. You have the right to request access, rectification or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, to request restriction of our use of this information, to request data portability, where technically feasible, or to object to the processing of your personal data, as appropriate, from your account by contacting Customer Service at 911168457 in Spain or by email at privacy@elceurope.com. No. Neither Club La Mer accounts nor Club La Mer points and benefits can be shared or combined. Only the member who pays for the products can accumulate points and benefits. We reserve the right to control the number of accounts per household and to reject, merge or close additional or duplicate accounts at any time. Your account information (including security details) is confidential and should not be shared with anyone else.

Points and benefits earned through Club La Mer have no cash value, are non-transferable and you have no ownership rights to the points and benefits. Products received as a reward from Club La Mer cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other products or points.

Yes. We reserve the right to change, without notice, Club La Mer benefits, how you reach each Club La Mer level, how you earn points, and how we evaluate and reward your Club La Mer purchases and/or other Club La Mer activities. All changes will be posted in the Club La Mer Terms and Conditions and will be effective as of the date they are posted.

We reserve the right to limit the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for Club La Mer and/or for points and benefits, in any given time period or for the duration of Club La Mer, and/or any combination thereof.
